These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of HAO Training's services and website, located at www.haotraining.com

By accessing this website or enrolling in our courses, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use HAO Training.com if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Fee Payment:

1. Payment Due Date:

- All fees for the upcoming month’s lessons must be paid within the first 10 days of each month.

- Payments can be transfered to the account provided at the moment of arranging the lessons.

- Argentinean Students: the fee will be indexed on a regular basis regarding the country's economic situation based on an index provided by the goverment. You will informed in advance to agree.

2. Payment for Lessons:

- Fees must cover all the lessons scheduled to be attended in the current month.

- Failure to pay within the stipulated time frame may result in suspension from classes until payment is received.

Attendance:

1. Attendance Confirmation:

- Attendance to each lesson must be confirmed by accepting the Outlook invite sent by HAO Training.

- If you do not receive an invite, please contact ud as soon as possible.

- Flexibility: in case of not connecting on time to the session and not having prior notice of a delay, the teacher will wait for only 15' connected. Otherwise, the session will be closed and the situation will be discussed to see if the lesson is recovered or canceled.

2. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

- Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of the lesson) may be rescheduled within the current month, subject to availability.

- Rescheduled lessons are not guaranteed and are based on the availability of the teacher and classroom space.

3. Rescheduling Lessons:

- If a lesson is canceled last minute, you may contact HAO Training to check for available slots to reschedule within the same month.

- Rescheduling requests will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

General Policies:

1. Conduct:

- Students are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors.

- Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in disruption from the lessons without refund.

2. Materials:

- Some materials will be provided by the institute and included in the course fee.

Changes to Terms:

- HAO Training reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

- Changes will be communicated via email and/or private message.

- By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the updated terms and conditions.
